HIRE AGREEMENT — THE WEDDING HIRE CO 1. Booking & deposit. A booking is confirmed once this agreement is signed and a 50% deposit of the total hire fee has been paid. The remaining balance is due on or before collection. 2. Collection & return. All items are collected from The Wedding Hire Co in Great Brak River on the agreed date and must be returned by the agreed return date (normally the Monday after the wedding weekend). We do not offer delivery at this stage. 3. Care of items. The hirer is responsible for all hired items from collection until return. Items must be returned clean, dry and in the condition they were received. 4. Loss or damage. Any item lost, broken or damaged beyond normal wear will be charged at its fair replacement cost, which will be quoted in writing. 5. Cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable — once paid, the pieces are held for your date and turned away from other couples. If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to move your booking to another available date. 6. Weather & venue changes. All items may be used indoors or outdoors on level ground. Moving the setup to a different venue or area is the hirer's responsibility.
